Holiday site agreements can be either fixed term or periodic agreements. Fixed term agreements are for a specific term. Short fixed term agreements are for a period of 90 days or less. A periodic site agreement continues until either the site holder or park operator gives written notice to end it. Periodic site agreements do not have an official end date.
Fixed term site only agreements are being phased out as the residential park transitions to a holiday park.
